The autonomous non-profit organization for the rehabilitation and social adaptation of children with disabilities "Worthy Special World", represented by Director Stepanov Sergey Viktorovich, invites citizens to make a donation on the following conditions:
1. General Provisions
1.1. In accordance with paragraph 2 of Art. 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, this proposal is a public offer (hereinafter referred to as the Offer).
1.2. This Offer uses terms that have the following meaning: "Donation" - "donation of a thing or right for generally useful purposes"; "Donor" - "citizens making donations"; "Donation recipient" - Autonomous non-profit organization for the rehabilitation and social adaptation of children with disabilities "Worthy Special World".
1.3. The offer is valid indefinitely from the moment it is posted on the website of the recipient of the donation.
1.4. The recipient of the donation has the right to cancel the Offer at any time by deleting it from the page of his website on the Internet.
1.5. The invalidity of one or several conditions of the Offer does not entail the invalidity of all other conditions of the Offer.
2. Essential terms of the donation agreement:
2.1. The donation is used for the maintenance and conduct of the statutory activities of the recipient of the donation.
2.2. The donation amount is determined by the Donor.
3. Procedure for concluding a donation agreement:
3.1. In accordance with paragraph 3 of Art. 434 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the donation agreement is concluded in writing by acceptance of the Offer by the Donor.
3.2. The Offer can be accepted by transferring funds by the Donor in favor of the Recipient of the donation by a payment order according to the details specified in section 5 of the Offer, indicating in the line "purpose of payment": "donation for the maintenance and conduct of statutory activities", as well as using plastic cards, electronic payment systems and other means and systems that allow the Donor to transfer funds to the Recipient.
3.3. Performance by the Donor of any of the actions provided for in clause 3.2. Offer, is considered the acceptance of the Offer in accordance with paragraph 3 of Art. 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
3.4. The date of acceptance of the Offer - the date of the conclusion of the donation agreement is the date of receipt of the donation in the form of funds from the Donor to the current account of the Recipient of the donation.
3.5. The donor does not set the terms for using the voluntary donation to ANO "Dom".
4.Consent to the processing of personal data
4.1. Making a donation to the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization for the Rehabilitation and Social Adaptation of Children with Disabilities "Worthy Special World" (ANO "Dom") and / or accepting the terms of the public offer posted on the ANO "Dom" website (https://eng.domvromanovo.ru/donate ), You give your consent to ANO Dom to the processing of your personal data: name, surname, mobile phone number and email address ("Personal Data") on the following conditions:
4.1.1. Personal data will be processed by ANO "Dom" by collecting Personal data, recording, systematizing, accumulating, storing, clarifying (updating, changing), extracting, using, deleting and destroying (both using automation tools and without using them) for for the purposes of fulfilling the donation agreement concluded between you and ANO "Dom" for the purpose of sending notifications about the receipt of a donation, notifications about possible errors in transferring the donation amount, as well as reports on the work of ANO "Dom".
4.1.2. The transfer of Personal Data to third parties can be carried out exclusively on the grounds provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
4.1.3. Personal data will be processed by ANO Dom until the processing goals specified above are achieved, and then they will be depersonalized or destroyed, as required by the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.
4.1.4. The processing of Personal Data may be terminated at any time by sending you a written application to ANO Dom or to a representative of ANO Dom at the email address info@vromanovo.ru.
5. Final provisions:
5.1. By performing the actions provided for by this Offer, the Donor confirms that he is familiar with the terms of the Offer, the goals of the Recipient of the Donation, realizes the significance of his actions and has the full right to perform them, fully and unconditionally accepts the terms of this Offer.
5.2. This Offer is governed by and construed in accordance with the current Russian legislation.
